Support Email confirmation

Once support request is submitted online there should be email confirmation sent to the customer that contains problem description entered by customer. This will help tracking and following up on the case.

We have implemented this idea now, Post successful submission of an online request, now you shall receive a confirmation mail with the details you provided.
