Under Administration --> Replicon --> Manage Support Cases, the support case history shows the oldest support cases first. This doesn't make sense to me. If I'm going to this section, it's because I want to see where my most recent support cases are at. I don't want to have to go to the last page of history and then start scrolling backwards, page by page. My suggestion would be to display the support case history in reverse chronological order, showing the most recent cases first. The most recent cases are the ones that are the most useful.
