Steps to Configure SAML 2.0 for Replicon using Okta Authentication

Configuration Steps

Part 1 - Enable SAML 2.0 Authentication

  1. Sign into Replicon as an administrator (Make a note of your companyname and the endpoint as shown in the screenshot above)

  2. Access the below link by replacing with your companyname and endpoint captured from the above step.(Ensure you access this link from the same browser, but in a new tab)

  3. Go to EnableSAMLAuthentication2 and click on + v20Configuration, as shown below. 

  4. Click on + manualConfiguration, as shown below.


  5. Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate the ssoHTTPPostUrl and download the public key/certificate. 

  6. Select Choose File next to idpPublicKey, as shown below, and upload the certificate. Leave sloHTTPRedirectUrl blank.

  7. Click on Submit and you should see Success as response. If you receive an error contact Replicon Support team for assistance. 



Part 2 - Change users authentication type to SSO
  1. Go to Replicon at, select the Login link at the top right, and complete the sign in screen, shown below.

  2. On the top menu, select Administration, as shown below.


  3. In the administration screen, select Users, in the Employees and Organization section, as shown below.

  4. Select your user name and any other names, as desired,  and then select Edit.
  5. In the User Profile that opens, change the Authentication Type to SSO, as shown below.

  6. Select Save User Profile, as shown above.
  7. Select the gear icon at the top right, and then select Logout, as shown below.

  8. Done!
Note: Okta supports IDP-initiated SAML only with Replicon.
