Steps to Authorize Remote Support to Support Specialist

Replicon Administrators can allow the support team members to log into their Replicon instances to diagnose an issue or understand your configuration.

To Authorize a Support Specialist:
  1. Log into Replicon as an Administrator.
  2. Go to System and Security.
  3. Click on Remote Support.
  4. Click on Authorize a Support Specialist.
  5. Enter Replicon Support Specialist's email address.
  6. Leave the date in the 'Authorized Until' field as it is.
  7. Click Authorize.
If the Remote Support option is not available under the System and Security, then enable the same in the Administrator permission
