Replicon Administrators can allow the support team members to log into their Replicon instances to diagnose an issue or understand your configuration.
To Authorize a Support Specialist:
- Log into Replicon as an Administrator.
- Go to System and Security.
- Click on Remote Support.
- Click on Authorize a Support Specialist.
- Enter Replicon Support Specialist's email address.
- Leave the date in the 'Authorized Until' field as it is.
- Click Authorize.
