Slow Connection

Logging in and using the system is extremely slow. Once clicking on something it takes 30 + seconds for the new page to load. I tried clearing my history and cache and this is not working. Anyone else having an issue?

Monday's have typically been the most difficult day of the week to acces the server.

HOWEVER ... today is extremely slower than the norm.
I am receiving complaints from users in both of our companies.

Slow as always here too.  Sometimes I wish I could go back to self-hosted.  The performance even on a good day is never as fast it should be.  I thought the CDN is supposed to help this?

I have an office of users complaining about the slowness. This has now been going on for over 2 hours. It is extremely frustrating when our financial manager set a deadline last week for having time entered by today and the system is unusable. Not only will this interrupt everyone's work day, but it can also impact our client billing schedule. The slowness really is a major issue.

Two hours have gone by and monday is timesheet submission deadline.

Seems normal now.  Wish these issues and others didn't crop up almost weekly for us.  Too many hands in the cloud / CDN cookie jar.  The forum is always fast like a normal website.
