I need to create a single report that takes the total hours worked from select activities and divides them into total hours worked from a different set of activities.  Is this possible?

Hi Ashley,

Thank you for using the Replicon Community!

We might need a little clarification on the query here. Do you want the total hours worked against individual activities to appear in different rows or do you want to take total hours against one particular activity and divide those hours into a different set of activities?

Thanks,
Aashnee

Hi Aashnee,

Thanks for the reply.  The report would need to calculate a person’s total hours worked and divide that by their "billable hours" so only specific activities.

Let me know if you have more questions.

Hi Ashley,

I would need a call to discuss the calculation and setup. Can we have a call setup? I have your contact details, all I would need is a convenient time to reach you!

Thanks,
Aashnee

Hi Ashley,

Thank you for sharing some time over the call with us. As discussed with you on the call we Added the "Hours Worked" and "Total Hours (In Period)" columns to the report. Post this, we created a custom column that gave you a percentage by calculating "Hours Worked"/"Total Hours (In Period)". We summed the Hours Worked and Custom Column created to give you the summary per user.

We are now closing this post as resolved!

Thanks,
Aashnee
