Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

A end user can choose the Project Name format shown on the Timesheet by changing its settings. Below are the steps to change:-
  • Click on the drop down Welcome <YourName> icon on the top right hand corner.

  • Go to Settings.
  • Uncheck Project Name and check Project Code under  Timesheet Name Display > Choose for Project Name Display.

  • Click on Save.
Result:

As shown below your timesheet will now show project code instead of project name.

Thanks
Lingaraj

Just to add to this, if you are an administrator currently, one cannot change this setting via mass edit. Each user will have to manually make this change or an admin can make this change by logging in as the substitute user for their users.

Thanks
Lingaraj
