Setup External User

Need help to setup External User have access to run specific reports without modifying Projects.

Hi Lesley,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

An External user can only be set up  with the Client Approver permission. This permission only allow View access to Projects, and does not have Edit or Delete functions.
To set up an External User:

  • Log into Replicon as an Administrator.
  • Click on the Administration tab in the top menu.
  • Click on Permissions under Users/Departments section in the side menu.
  • Select External User tab.
  • Click on the edit button beside Client Approver.
  • Select Reports tab.
  • Edit the settings to add or remove the required reports.
  • Save the settings.
  • Select Users under Shortcuts or Users/Departments section in the side menu.
  • Select External Users tab.
  • Select the Client under which the user would be created.
  • Click on the Add button at the bottom.
  • Specify the users details and save the settings.
