Hi Ramon,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

To add a disclaimer:

1. Open the Disclaimers page.
- Log into Replicon with Administrator access, click on the 'Administration' icon at the top.
- On the left side pane, under 'Communications', click on Disclaimers.

2. Complete these fields:

Disclaimer Type: Enter the type of page the disclaimer should appear on: Timesheet, Approvals, or Expenses.
Disclaimer Title: Enter a title for your disclaimer.
Description: Enter the disclaimer’s text; this is the message that will display on the timsheet, expense sheet, or approval page
Include when Printing: Enable the check box if you want the disclaimer title and text to appear on the applicable page when it is printed.

3. Select Save.
