Service Unavailable

Attempt to go to our Replicon instance and receive a "Service Unavailable" message.

I would REALLY love it if we could go a full month without any Replicon issues.

Yes, we are still facing this issue. It appears immediately when attempting to browse to our instance. The instance is down.

Hello Alan, 

We reviewed this error, you are seeing this error due to your SAML site (set-up). Please check your SAML site status. There is no issue with your Replicon instance.

Hi Raghu,

Not sure how you reviewed the error, but I just went through troubleshooting steps with one of your engineers and the issue was NOT our SAML configuration. Please do not try to offload blame of your product. As I have stated, I have faced issues with Replicon every single month and each time the root cause has always been on Replicon's end.

Glad, that the issue is resolved and sorry for the inconvenience caused. We did a quick check by accessing your SAML link and our backend logs, which lead us to check your SAML site status. 

Having said, i shall work with our product engineer's to review the events of the failure which you're referring and shall ensure such events don't repeat again.
