As Admin, I can see the booked time off for everyone in a Calendar view. Employees currently can see only their own booked days off. I'd like to open it up so that everyone has visibility of all employee's booked time off. This would help with planning within teams.
Yes, its possible to open up other users Time Off. This requires slight modification to the users Time Off template, as shown in the screenshot below, as an administrator edit the Time Off template assigned to everyone & ensure 'View Other Users' Time Off' is enabled.
Note: That this will also allow reports to show all the users Time Off data for everyone.
Once the above setting is enabled users need to perform an additional step:- On the Time Off calendar click on the gear icon on the top right hand corner on the time off calendar itself. On the Show Time Off window add the departments or users whose Time off you wish to view on the Time Off calendar.
