We have a lengthy report list. It would be very helpful if we had a search box at the top of the list to use to narrow down our selection. Another idea would be to be able to somehow identify reports as favorites so we would have a quick list to access.

Hi Drema,
We do have sections under reports like timesheet, time off etc. and you can always click on them to see the reports specific to these areas. Having said this we do understand that you may require search and favourite option after clicking the sections as well. We will have our Product Management team review and confirm if this is feasible and we will definitely get back to you on the same.
Thanks,

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled searchable report list / favorite reports.
It would be very helpful if the reports list were searchable. We have a very lengthy list of reports, would be easy if we had a search bar at the top to type in a few characters to narrow the list for easier selection.
Also, it would be nice if we could have a list of "favorite" reports - somehow identify the reports we use most to get to them quickly.

Hi Drema,
This is a good suggestion - I imagine it would be helpful for many users. We don't have anything planned for this currently, but we'll definitely review in future to see if we can fit this in somewhere.
Thanks,
Charlene

I'd like to be able to organize my reports. Under All reports it would be very helpful if the user can to add groups/categories, and then organize the reports into the those groups. reports should be able to live in multiple categories. Like monthly reports, client xyz reports, etc.

Perhaps a kind of labeling or tagging, like, for example, gmail has would be helpful here?

My 'work arounds', For searching I utilize the <Ctrl> & F buttons to search for key words to locate reports faster.
For sorting, As I believe Tony stated 2 days ago, I precede the naming of the reports with a number value or a non-alpha/numeric number such as *, &, %. This places the most often utilized reports at the top of the sorting order.
