Scheduling Reports with Configured PDF Specs.

I was wondering if it was possible to configure the font size, orientation, page size, etc. for a report in PDF on an automatic schedule.

I know that you are able to do this manually as a report administrator, but I would like a report to be sent weekly automatically with particular PDF configurations.

There are some of our internal customers who prefer to PDF over XML, however, the PDF default configurations produces report columns on multiple pages (i.e. not convenient to read).

Hi Alexander,

There are some settings that you can maintain for the PDF exports. These settings are available when you click on the PDF icon (which we believe you are aware of). Once you export, the settings will be saved and you will be able to see the scheduled reports following the settings.

Thank you Aashnee. I was not aware that editing the settings when exporting saved those settings for scheduled reports as well.

Kind regards,
