We would like to receive an automated report for each preceding month which is comprehensive enough for all employees/users including vacation, sick and holiday hours. This would be need to be delivered to one or two authorized users at the end of the month.
You can achieve this by setting up a Report Schedule. Based on your requirement you could use the Timesheet Day template. You can base the date range using Timesheet Period, Entry Date, Submitted On or Approval Date. The reports schedule can be set in the Set Schedule section using Recurrence. In your case you could use Monthly recurrence. The Next Scheduled Run decides the date and time the report is triggered.
