Reports on Gen2

Reports are timing out, please advise. Troubleshooting done: Cleared Browser cached, Reset Browser - No Go.

A Timeout error could be caused due to different reasons. Some of the common reasons are:

  • Large amount of data being pulled up. (Reduce the amount of data being pulled up)
  • Large number of filters used along with a big date margin, causing delay in pulling up data. (Reduce the date range)
  • The amount of time taken by the report to pull up the data exceeds the timeout value set. This could be due to network, firewall or connectivity issues.
  • At times the issue is noticed when the report is corrupt, albeit rarely. (Recreate the report)

Was this ever really answered? We have some reports that are now often timing-out. The amount of data will keep growing, so the time-outs will continue to happen more often. Can the time-out be increased? Is it possible to filter on only modified data
