Reports missing columns

I'm trying to create a report that lists what users have booked time against each time off typ in the system. The report only shows columns of types that people have actually booked against ie I have a type for funerals, but that column only appears if some one has booked time against a Funeral. If no one has been to a funeral, then that column isn't visible.

I would create a test user and bill a very small decimal to each, so that it still rounds to zero hours but will show in the spreadsheet... Not the most elegant solution, but it should work...
