develop a tool where we can track the date, approver and reason/backup when the project status is changed.
On that way, we can track when the project was opened and by who, when the project change from in-progress to completed (as example) or to cancelled (including a reason for the cancelation).
Then if we want to check the project performance, we had all the evidence with dates, responsible and reasons from every change- 2 Posts

Thank you for posting your idea.
I agree with the need for an audit trail for tracking changes made to projects.
This will mostly be in the form of a report that will list out chronological changes made to certain project parameters and properties and by who, similar to the Timesheet Audit Trail report.
Right now, the system lacks the back end logic required to track project changes but we are looking to add that to the product. Once that is done, it will enable us to build a report that can extract that tracking data.
We will be reviewing this idea and will look at including it in a future product release.
Thanks,
Naveen

We need to track all changes made to Projects within reports. Currently Replicon has Audit trail report for timesheets however there is no report for Auditing Projects. We have a business requirement to track all changes made to Projects. Include Audit trail report for Projects and also let me know ETA.

We have introduced a Project Status change notification that can help a project manager/co-manager/Client Representative be notified about change in the project. Would you like us to help you set that up
