Report for annual leave remaining balances

We have an office manager based in one of our regional offices who needs to be able to run a report to see everyone in that offices booked and remaining annual leave. She is not their supervisor and does not approve their holiday but just needs to be able to run a report saying how much holiday they have remaining.
I have shared with her a report that should allow her to get the information, but she can only see the information for herself and no one else.
What permissions does she need to have to be able to see their holiday? Do i need to set her on their approval paths for the holiday?

Hi Elinor,

The access to report data depends completely on the permission assigned to the users. If she needs to run a report for a specific group of people, she will need a supervisor permission and will have to be added as a supervisor to everyone's profile. Else you can provide her with Payroll manager permission with view only access to time offs. This will allow her to run a report for all the users and view their time off balances accordingly.
