Gen3, we cannot login.  Outage?  We use SSO, and I cannot login using SSO or directly to Replicon using admin account?

iPhone app doesn't work either.  Screen shot would be of an empty screen, no value.

Thanks!  Must be your Amazon Web Services hosting issue.

On login.replicon.com site directly, no SSO, after 5-10 minutes of waiting I get sent to our custom logout page (our Intranet page).

On SSO, after almost 15 minutes, I started to see things, then kicked to offline mode, then back up, then back offline.

Just a question/comment, but if na6 is down, shouldn't we roll to the other cloud servers automatically?  Thought that was kinda the point of the redundant cloud hosted solution.

Hi,

These are specific isolated endpoints and the issue currently noticed doesn't require an roll over to another endpoint. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

Our engineering team have already found the cause of the issue and the service will be restored shortly

Thanks,
Aashnee Kamboj
