Replicon approval change

Good day, One of my users is encountering the below issue. Could I please receive advice procedures on how to address the issue? "When I log into Replicon, I no longer have visibility into my timesheets or any the the timesheets of the users I approve or have approved. I would like to approve a user's time sheet and nothing is populating my screen."

Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

From what you have explained, I believe that the user is able to see the Timesheet tab and the Approvals tab, however the Timesheets for the user or Timesheets waiting for approval or approved are not seen or generating. This does not seem to be an application related issue, like Permission limitation, License seat allocation or a Timesheet issue. This looks more like a browser issue. If you have an alternate browser please access the application on it. If the issue persists, please contact Replicon Support, we may have to look into the application and the users settings. However, if the issue does not replicate on another browser, then you can clear the cache, cookies and temp files on the affected browser.
