This week, we added a new report template for shift schedule users, added a new pay rule, and fixed a couple of issues.

Shift Assignment report

A Shift Assignment report template is now available. This template allows you to easily view all shifts that are assigned and unassigned in your system. Previously, to view unassigned shifts, you had to scroll through the schedule to find them.

To view unassigned shifts using this new report, include the User Name column in the report; When you run the report it will show No User for any unassigned shifts. You can also select <None> from the User filter to see only unassigned shifts.

  • We’ve added a default pay rule for Italy

Fixed issues

  • If you click the x to clear a filter on the Target Billable Hours page, an error may occur
  • If you make changes to a holiday calendar assigned to users who have a very large number of time off bookings, an error may occur and the changes may not be saved
