This week, we updated Replicon Mobile for Android, removed some unnecessary groups fields from two reports, and fixed a couple of issues.

Update to Mobile for Android

Replicon Mobile for Android is now available in the Play store. It includes bug fixes and app stability improvements. It fixes some bugs, including the following:

  • If you enter In and Out times that span midnight, the In time automatically changes from PM to AM
Removal of extraneous group fields from certain reports

We’ve removed the historical groups columns along with their effective date columns (e.g. Location and Location Effective Date) from these report templates:

  • Project Team Assignment
  • Invoice Details
The current groups columns are still available (e.g. Location (Current)).

Also, in those two reports and in the Resource Allocation template, we’ve converted the historical groups filters to filter based on current group assignments, and appended (Current) to the filter name.

We’ve made these changes to simplify reporting since those fields aren’t useful in those templates.

Fixed issues

  • If the Split times that cross midnight option is disabled for a user, and they make a time entry that crosses midnight, reports based on the In/Out template will show a negative value that complements the correct positive value for the hours worked (e.g. if 8 hours is correct, the report will show -16 hours)
  • In any configurable In/Out timesheet, if, after adding an In entry, you enter an Out time but don’t press Enter and instead click x to remove that entry, the In/Out entry disappears, but appears again in the payroll summary and when you submit the timesheet
