This week we added some validation rules and fixed a few issues.

New validation rules

The following timesheet validation rules are now available to all customers using configurable timesheets:

  • Workweek Hours
  • Work Day Hours
  • Meal Break Enforcement
  • Activity/Project Required
  • Weekly Hours
  • Display Punch Validations on Timesheet
And the following punch validation rules are also now available:

  • Meal Break Validation with Waiver
  • Work Day Hours

Fixed issues

  • The Timesheet Period column should be available in the Invoice Details template, but it isn’t
  •  The Project filter on the Billing > Invoice page won't return more than 200 results
  •  When Pay Code Amount or Hours columns are included in a report based on the Timesheet Period template, summaries for certain hours columns may be multiplied by ten
  • If your timesheet has in/out times plus a distribution grid and you click on a project/task that is not associated with a client or program, an error may occur
  • Allocated hours do not appear on the resource calendar for tentative projects
