This week, we updated Replicon Mobile for Android, added an Export Status column, made some other improvements, and fixed some issues.

Update to Mobile for Android

Replicon Mobile for Android is now available in the Play store. It includes this new feature:

  • A ‘donut’ payroll graph that breaks the user’s gross pay down by the pay code that was used (e.g. time-and-a-half or double-timepay)
And this fixed issue:

  • If you tap Team Time, the total gross pay that displays may be rounded incorrectly

Export status column

The Payroll > Timesheet page now includes an Export column that marks timesheets as Exported or Not Exported to ADP. Or, timesheets may be assigned one of these other statuses:

  • Changed - the timesheet was edited since it was last exported. This field can help payroll managers ensure timesheets are approved before processing payroll.
  • Partially Exported - only part of the timesheet period was exported (for example, the period runs for 2 weeks, but only the first week was exported)

  • If you’ve added a custom column to a report, you can now click that column header to sort the values
  • Vacation pay parameters are now available in the Nunavut and Northwest Territories default pay rules

Fixed issues

  • The following report fields may show incorrect values due to a currency conversion error: the Actual Billing (Selected Dates) (BC) column in reports based on the Project Time Allocation template and the Actual Expenses (Selected Dates) column in reports based on the Client template
  • If you edit the send time for a notification, the send date value (e.g. 3 days before overdue date) may change

Other changes

  • The Under (Over) column is no longer offered as a fixed field in the Project Time Distribution report template. However, you can create it as custom column using the following formula: IF(ISNULL(ProjectEstimatedHours), 0, ProjectEstimatedHours)-IF(ISNULL(TotalProjectActualHours), 0, TotalProjectActualHours)
