This week, we updated Replicon CloudClock for iOS and Replicon Mobile for Android, released a new date format option for Payroll Workbench, added some columns to the Punch Timesheet Details template, and fixed some issues.

Update to Mobile for Android

Replicon Mobile for Android is now available in the Apple Play store. It includes bug fixes, including a fix to this issue:

  • No warning message displays when saving timesheet changes via mobile if you saved changes using the web app since the last sync

Update to CloudClock for iOS

Replicon CloudClock for iOS is now available in the Apple App store. It includes bug fixes.

Configurable date formats for date fields in Payroll Workbench files

Previously, any date fields you included in a Payroll Workbench download file would use the downloader’s personal date format settings in Replicon.

You can now assign a date format to each date field included in an export file format. When you select a date field when settingan export file format, a date format field will display where you can choose the required format.

The downloader’s date format will continue to be used if a different format isn’t selected.

This option allows you to ensure the format required by your payroll provider is always used, regardless of who is carrying out the download. Plus, it frees you to use different formats for different fields, while retaining personal settings.

Note that generic CSV downloads used to review data will continue to always use the downloader’s personal date format.

  • We’ve added Break Name, Break Code, and Break Description columns to the Punch Timesheet Details report template, so you can view the type of break alongside the number of break hours recorded

Fixed issues

  • Long time off type names are cut off and hard to read in booking dialogs
  • If you’re using Firefox and you add multiple shifts to a cell, the shifts and their labels are cut off, and some shifts may not be visible
  • If you group data by a user group (Cost Center, Location, etc), or by the group’s current or effective date fields in a report, data not associated with a group is shown as grouped by nothing, when it should show as grouped by <None>
