This week we launched our cost allocation feature, made an improvement to how read-only timesheets display, and fixed an issue.

Cost allocation

You can now assign multiple clients to a project, then allocate a percentage of the project’s costs to each client.

This feature is useful to companies that, for budgeting purposes, allocate the cost of internal services among the departments or business units that use those services. Refer to Allocating a project’s costs to multiple clients for more information.

Cost allocation is available in the following products:

  • New product suite: Professional Services Automation, Project Portfolio Management, TimeBill Plus, TimeCost Plus
  • Legacy product suite: RepliconPSM, RepliconPPM, TimeBill, TimeCost

  • Zeros will only appear in the read-only view of configurable timesheets if they’ve been explicitly added, not in every blank cell. This change makes read-only timesheets easier to read.

Fixed issues

  • If you include the Product Name column in reports based on the User template, users with all products turned off do not display in the report
