This week, we updated Replicon CloudClock and Replicon Mobile for iOS, and launched a Timesheet Modified notification. Plus, we added support for QuickBooks 2020 to our QuickBooks integration manager and we made an improvement to one of our timesheet population methods.

New timesheet notification: Timesheet Modified

We’ve launched a new notification sent to timesheet owners when their timesheets have been modified by their supervisor or another manager. One notification is sent on days when timesheets are modified, which includes a summary of all changes made that day.

This notification:

  • Pro-actively informs the employee of changes, so they don’t have to seek out information themselves
  • Gives employees the opportunity to confirm that changes are legitimate
  • Lets employees know who revised their timesheets
  • Ensures employees are aware of their timesheets’ contents at all times
Note that this feature currently supports English only, but other supported languages will be added in the next couple of months.

Refer to Setting up automated notifications for more information on how notifications work.

QuickBooks Integration Manager now supports QuickBooks 2020

A new version of our QuickBooks Integration Manager is now available. It supports the following editions of QuickBooks:

  • U.S. Pro, Premier, and Enterprise Editions
  • Canadian Pro and Premier Editions

Update to CloudClock and Replicon Mobile for iOS

Replicon CloudClock for iOS and Replicon Mobile for iOS are now available in the App store. They include bug fixes, and both include this improvement:

  • To make it easier to navigate between timesheet period dates, we’ve increased the tap area for the navigation arrows, added a list of periods to choose from if you tap the current dates, and added a screen with a spinner, so you know your tap was successful

  • The Previous Timesheet Including Time Data population method will now successfully copy data for timesheet periods with different lengths
