This week, we added a time off report, released two enhancements to the Payroll Workbench, and made a couple of other improvements.

Time Off Balances report

Back by popular demand... A fresh new version of the Time Off Balances report template is now available in our latest time off product. It can show you each user’s time off earned and taken, and their balance at the end of the year.

Payroll Workbench enhancements: Recorded filter selections and FTP transfer

We launched the Payroll Workbench just a couple of months ago, but since then we haven’t rested on our laurels. Here are this week’s value added features:

Filters used for pay runs are now recorded

This is the change we previewed on November 8th. You’ll now see which filter options you selected for pay runs, so you have a precise record to refer to if data looks wrong or someone made an error.

Payroll exports can be uploaded to FTP servers

Now, for those using an automated payroll setup, rather that downloading pay runs, you can upload them directly to an FTP server where they can be picked up by your payroll provider.

Note: As part of this change, we’ve renamed the Download button on pay run pages to Export to cover both the download and FTP export options.

  • Relative date range options (i.e. date ranges like ‘This week', that don’t use specific dates) are now available in filters when viewing balance histories from the Payroll, Team, and My Replicon tabs in new time off
  •  If you edit a project (or task) using the iOS CloudClock or Replicon Mobile for iOS, and you have a billing rate set for you for that project, the punch will now be associated with your billing rate
