This week, we updated Replicon Mobile for iOS, added a default pay rule for Taiwan, and fixed some issues.

Update to Mobile for iOS

Replicon Mobile for iOS is now available in the App store. It includes bug fixes, such as a fix to the following issue:

  • When using an In/Out timesheet, if you add time entries then close the app without tapping Save, those entries are lost when you relaunch the app

Fixed issues

  • If you add a new notification in the new product suite and set it to Disabled before saving, it will be reset to enabled when you save it
  • When a user is added to a project team, and their rate is defined something other than your base currency in their user profile, their default billing rate may initially appear as zero or undefined, using your system’s base currency symbol
  • Pay rule calculation notifications are not being sent.

Note: As part of this fix, we’ve disabled these notifications for all users. If you want to receive notifications regarding pay calculation issues, please enable the Payroll notification on your notifications page.
  • Supervisors can reopen their timesheets from the My Replicon > Timesheet list page.

Note: As a result of this change, a user’s own timesheets can never display under their Team section. So now, if you’re a project manager who enters time against projects you manage, if someone enters time on your behalf, you’ll no longer see that time in the Team section or be able to approve that time. Timesheets you submit yourself are still auto-approved.
