This week, we updated Replicon CloudClock for iOS, set a user's sessions to log out when the user is disabled, and fixed some issues.

Disabling a user automatically logs them out

Previously, if you disabled a user in the system and they were logged in at the time, they would remain logged in until their session timed out or they chose to log out. Now, when you disable a user, they will be automatically logged out of all active Replicon web, mobile, and CloudClock sessions within a couple of minutes. This prevents unauthorized access to Replicon.

Update to CloudClock for iOS

Replicon CloudClock for iOS is now available in the App store. It includes bug fixes.

Fixed issues

  • When you assign a new pay rule to a user via mass edit, it replaces all existing pay rule assignments

  • When you update a schedule, and a time off booking is automatically updated as a result, timesheets that don’t overlap with that booking may reopen and be recalculated

  • If you have a department code named ALL, and filter using that value when running a report, the report will not generate

  • Users with the Work Days only option enabled may receive an extra email for daily messages after two days off

  • In a report’s Settings dialog, the name of the report displays in place of the report template name
