This week, we updated Replicon Mobile for iOS and Android, we added a new default pay rule, and a punch validation rule that works with it, made a small improvement to the Time Workbench, and fixed an issue.

New punch validation rule: Meal Break Validation with Dynamic Penalty Pay

This rule was designed to meet meal break penalty requirements in Puerto Rico, where the penalty for a missed or short break is not a flat amount (1 hour), but is based on how much of the break was missed. For example, if a 30 min break was required, and only 10 minutes were taken, the penalty would be pay for 20 minutes.

Update to Mobile for iOS

Replicon Mobile for iOS is now available in the App store. It includes bug fixes.

Update to Mobile for Android

Replicon Mobile for Android is now available in the Play store. It includes bug fixes.

  • We’ve added a default pay rule for Puerto Rico that includes daily, weekly, and 7th day overtime, meal and rest penalties, and more
  • We’ve added a Creation Date filter to the Previous Exports page for the Time Workbench that can help you find past exports.

Fixed issues

  • In Replicon Mobile, when a supervisor filters for timesheets without overtime hours, some timesheets without overtime fail to display in the results
