This week, we updated Replicon Mobile for iOS, launched a 9/80 pay rule, made improvements to a time off validation rule and a population method, and fixed a couple of issues.

9/80 Alternative Schedule pay rule

We’ve introduced a 9/80 Alternative Schedule pay rule for those who work 80 hours over 9 working days within a 2 week period; these workers get a day off every second week.

Update to Mobile for iOS

Replicon Mobile for iOS is now available in the App store. This release addresses a critical issue with iOS 13.4, that could prevent you from launching the app. Therefore, we recommend upgrading to version before upgrading to iOS 13.4.

  • We’ve added Period Start and Period End date parameters to the Restrict booking duration in leave year time off validation rule. These new fields can be used to validate the following French time off requirement: At least 12 consecutive days of leave must be taken between May 1 and Oct 31.
  • The Previous Timesheet Excluding Time Data population method will now successfully copy data for timesheet periods with different lengths

Fixed issues

  • You can’t transfer entries made using Replicon Mobile from Replicon to QuickBooks using the QuickBooks integration manager
  • When you mass edit a project, names listed in the Project Manager drop-down are not sorted alphabetically
