This week, we updated Replicon Mobile for iOS, launched some changes to the Time Comments timesheet component, updated RIA to allow mass edit of time off policies, and fixed an issue.

Update to Mobile for iOS

Replicon Mobile for iOS is now available in the App store. It includes bug fixes.

Changes to the Time Comments component of configurable timesheets

We’ve launched the changes to the Time Comments component that we previewed on Mar 1. Now, cell custom fields are included in the table, so you can view all cell-level data in one location. And, the component has been renamed Time Entry Details.

Refer to Setting up timesheet templates for more information on configurable timesheets.

Mass add and edit of time off policies using RIA

If you’re using new time off, you can now add and edit time off policies for multiple users at once using the Replicon Import Add-in (RIA). Refer to Using the Replicon Import Add-In for more information on RIA.

Fixed issues

  • A Client option displays when a user creates punches against projects, even though they only have a TimeCost Plus license

Copying a project

If you’re a project manager, and you need to create a new project that is similar to an existing project, save yourself some time and energy by using Replicon’s Copy Project feature.

To copy an existing project, click the  button within the project you want to copy, and select Copy Project.

Copy Project is very flexible, allowing you to choose to copy team, tasks, expense codes, and billing rates.

If you’re copying tasks, you can choose to keep the new project’s task dates in sync with the new project dates, so you don’t have to update each task manually.

Refer to Copying a project for more information.
