This week, we updated Replicon CloudClock iOS, allowed assignment of groups to project teams, and released three new time off accrual rules.

Ability to assign groups to project/task teams

If you use Replicon’s groups functionality, you can now assign an entire group to a project or task team. Once you’ve created a group, such as a location, you can assign it to a project the same way you assign departments to the team.

This can make it easier to assign groups of project workers to the correct projects, while omitting workers who shouldn’t be working on those projects.

Three new time off accrual rules

We’ve launched three new accrual rules that address compliance requirements in Ireland:

  • Percentage of Hours Worked in a Timesheet Period & Percentage of Hours Worked in Leave Year

With these rules, you can define what percentage of hours worked will be accrued as time off – this amount defaults to 8%.
  • Accrual Based on Hours Worked in Month

With this rule, you define the number of hours employees must work to earn an accrual, and how many time off hours are accrued

Update to CloudClock for iOS

Replicon CloudClock for iOS 3.0.74.0 is now available in the App store. It includes bug fixes and this new functionality:

  • The ability to enter time against projects/tasks and activities, in combination
