This week, we updated Replicon CloudClock for iOS, launched expense conditional approvals, and added some new view options for schedule managers.

Update to CloudClock for iOS

Replicon CloudClock for iOS is now available in the App store. It adds support for Czech, Danish, Dutch, and Greek.

Expense conditional approvals

If, to save approvers time, you’d prefer that only higher-value expenses are sent to approvers, we now offer a rule that can help: our new Supervisor approves expenses over a certain amount default conditional approval rule.

Only expense sheets with an expense greater than a value you choose will be sent to the supervisor for approval; other expenses will be system approved.

Enable the Include Total Reimbursement option in the rule to also send any expense sheets with a reimbursable total that exceeds the threshold (but with no individual expenses that exceed it) to the supervisor.

Note that:

  • Conditional expense approval rules are available to customers using Expense Plus
  • You must have Expense Conditional Approver Rules administrator permission enabled before this rule will be available in your instance
  • The expense amount is defined using your system’s base currency

Please refer to Setting up conditional approval rules for more information.

And remember, we now have the capacity to easily create custom approval rules to meet your requirements. Please contact Replicon Support if you’d like more information.

Improved view options for schedule managers

Schedule managers can now see up to three months of schedules when assigning shifts. We’ve also added two additional zoom levels to schedules, making it easier for managers to plan for the long term.
