This past week, we added the abilities to have a default activity on CloudClock for Android, differentiate between users with identical names, select multiple statuses for project reports, and track when clients were last updated. We also fixed several issues.
Default activity for punches on CloudClock for Android
You can now select a default activity for a user’s punches. This is accessible from the Punch Time Entry section of the user’s profile. When users punch in on CloudClock for Android, their default activity will already be selected for them.
Login name is now displayed for users with identical names
If there are users in your organization with identical names, Replicon will display their login name along with their first and last name to avoid ambiguity. For example, if your company has two people named Doug Brown, the system will display Brown, Doug (dougbrown2) instead of just Brown, Doug.
Multiple statuses can now be selected for project reports
You can now select multiple statuses when running project reports. Previously, you could select all statuses or a single status. This allows you more flexibility in the projects you wish your reports to reflect.
Tracking when clients were last updated
You can now view when a client was most recently updated. A new field, Last Modified, has been added on the Clients page. It displays the date and time of the most recent change.
The sort order of the data in reports that use the User Details template can be inconsistent if the Permission Names column is enabled.
A user is unable to access their timesheet if it is modified rapidly.
Time off display units are inconsistent – some time off instances are shown in days and others are shown in hours.
Some users are unable to clock out from the Clock In or Out tab when an activity selection is required.
The Supervisor disappears after you hit the Enter key on the user profile pages.
The Invoice list page loads slowly.
