This week we added a new option to punch entry policies, compression for Excel email attachments, and fixed some issues.

New punch handling option

We have added a punch entry policy option to reopen timesheets if new punches are added after the timesheet has already been submitted. This ensures timesheet pay data stays in sync with punch data.

As previously mentioned, we will be adding an additional option in the near future to prevent users from adding or editing punches to a timesheet that has already been submitted.

Compression for Excel reports

We have added a new option that allows you to compress Excel reports when sending them as email attachments. To enable this option, click the gear icon in the top right corner of your screen and select Settings, then select Compress Excel Email Attachment.

Fixed issues

  • User’s password is not being included in Welcome emails
  • Future time off bookings are not displaying in the time off calendar when moving to a new year
