This week, we made a change to the location of the Login Status field, we added a few new filters to reports, and we fixed some issues. Also, note the upcoming new feature for punch users.

Upcoming punch feature:

Ability to choose which punch actions are available when maximum work segment length is exceeded

In the next week or two, we’ll be adding a new option to punch entry policies. This option will allow you to select which punch actions display to a user who has exceeded the maximum work segment length between consecutive punches defined in their policy. You can choose to show the user all punch actions (this is the default setting) or just the Clock In option.

This new setting will apply to Mobile and CloudClock only, and will only apply to customers enabled with context-appropriate punch buttons.

We’ve removed the Login Status field from the main user profile page for all customers. This field was removed from that tab for some customers a few months ago.

The Login Status field has been available on the Licenses tab of user profiles for a few months.

  • A Data to Display filter is now available in the Task, Time, Expense, Cost & Billing report template. You can use this to filter out all rows without hours.
  • We've added Target Year and Month filters to the Target Billable Hours report template
  • A Modified On filter is now available in the Timesheet Correction template that, when enabled, causes the report to display only timesheets modified within the chosen time frame

Fixed issues

  • Certain time off features in the TimeAttend QuickStart product don’t work properly
  • In a limited case, an instance may use incorrect language settings
  • An error may occur if you include the Billable Utilization column in a Target Billable Hours report and the target hours shown are zero or have not been set
  • You can’t select a department from the User filter when using the Billing report template; departments are listed, but are disabled and grayed out
