This week, we updated Replicon CloudClock for iOS, and Replicon Mobile for iOS and Android. Plus, we added a new accrual rule and fixed some issues.

Update to Mobile for iOS

Replicon Mobile for iOS 1.0.106.0 is now available in the App store. It includes bug fixes, such as a fix to this issue:

  • The Submit button is missing on expense sheets if the notice is set to required


Update to Mobile for Android

Replicon Mobile for Android 1.0.98.2 is now available in the Play store. It includes bug fixes.

Update to CloudClock for iOS

Replicon CloudClock for iOS 3.0.52.2 is now available in the App store. It includes bug fixes.

New time off accrual rule: Accruals Based on Paid Hours

Do your employees accrue time off, like sick time, based on how many hours they’ve been paid for? If so, you can use our new Accruals Based on Paid Hours rule to manage accruals.

To exclude unpaid hours, exclude unpaid pay codes when setting up the rule. You can also customize how many hours must be paid to accrue one hour of time off.



Accruals are granted when paid hours are approved, on a prorated basis based on the accrual rate you defined.

This rule is available in new time off.

Fixed issues

  • The option to restrict access to particular groups for the Administrator and Payroll Manager roles is not available if you’re using a Time Off Enterprise license
  • Accruals based on hours worked may display on the wrong date in transaction histories, due to a time zone issue
  • If you make very frequent changes to selections from a drop-down custom field in a configurable timesheet, an erroneous selection may be saved
  • When adding a custom report column, if you have many custom columns listed and you scroll down the list, the column addition bubble may get stuck out of view and become inaccessible
