This week, we updated Replicon CloudClock and Replicon Mobile for iOS, added a new starting balance rule for time off, improved the user import for Replicon for ADP, and fixed a couple of issues.

New time off policy rule: Starting Balance Per Calendar Month

This new rule allows you to set a starting balance for each month of the year; new users assigned this rule will have their starting balance set to the amount for the month they started in.

This rule can be used to prorate a starting balance, and is useful for meeting the leave requirements in countries like Japan and Spain.

Settings for users added via the ADP Marketplace will now be updated upon re-import

For those using Replicon for ADP RUN or Replicon for ADP Workforce Now, if you import any users that were added to Replicon when you purchased the product, they will be updated with basic time entry options.

Specifically, they’ll be assigned User role permissions (no permissions already assigned will be removed), and the default schedule, timesheet template, and punch entry policy, as defined on the ADP Connector page.

Update to CloudClock for iOS

Replicon CloudClock for iOS 3.0.82.0 is now available in the App store. It includes bug fixes and this new feature:

New CloudClock status

On the AdministrationManage Clocks page, we’ve introduced a new status in the Clock Connectivity column: Background. Now, the three status options are:

  • Online - app is in the foreground and is connected to the internet
  • Offline - app is in the foreground and has no internet connectivity, or the app is not running
  • Background - app is in the background, and either has connectivity or doesn’t
The app may move to the background if you set the Auto-Lock option on your iPad to anything besides Never. This new option Background status identifies when the clock is in the background, and indicates it may still be online.

Update to Mobile for iOS

Replicon Mobile for iOS 1.1.46.0 is now available in the App store. It includes bug fixes.

Fixed issues

  • Certain project hours may not display to supervisors on the Team > Timesheet > Waiting for My Approval tab
  • When displayed in dashboards, expense amounts in a currency other than your base currency may be incorrect
