This week we launched a dashboard feature and released updated versions of both our CloudClock app for iOS and our QuickBooks integration manager. Plus, we fixed some issues.

Dashboard data visualization and sharing

Replicon’s new dashboard feature is now available in all products that have report permissions. The dashboard allows you to create custom visual representations of your company’s data, then share those charts with other decision-makers in your organization. Charts always show your current data.

To allow users to access the dashboard, you’ll need to assign them dashboard permissions. Refer to this help article for more information.

Note that users assigned dashboard permissions will see all company data when viewing or creating charts; their data access is not currently limited by their assigned licenses or permissions.

Update to CloudClock for iOS

CloudClock is now available from the App Store. It includes app performance and stability improvements, along with some bug fixes.

Update to the Integration Manager for QuickBooks

With this week’s release of version, the QuickBooks integration manager now supports U.S. and Canadian versions of QuickBooks 2016.

Fixed issues

  • If you add an expense to a new row in an expense sheet, and the expense is incurred in INR, VND, EUR, ETB, or PHP but is reimbursed in a different currency, the reimbursed amount is sometimes miscalculated
  • If a disabled user attempts to log in, no indication is given of why the login fails
  • The Add Client Representative field can't display more than 102 users
  • When users punch in using the web app, duplicate punches are occasionally recorded
  • In a rare case, in systems with no time off type for holidays assigned, errors occur if certain types of time off data are loaded
