Release notes Feb 18 - 24 2019

This week, we updated Replicon CloudClock and added a new time off validation rule.

New time off validation rule: Require other time off balance to be used first

When assigned to a time off type, this new rule prevents the user from creating a booking using that type if a balance is available for another time off type.

For example, if the laws of your jurisdiction allow it, this rule can be used to prevent employees from using accumulated time off in lieu (TOIL) if vacation time off is available.

Update to CloudClock for iOS

Replicon CloudClock for iOS 3.0.69.0 is now available in the App store. It includes bug fixes.

Hi Laura,

You can find our help topic on time off validations here: https://www.replicon.com/help/setting-up-time-off-booking-validations/

It provides general info on how the validations work and how they can be set up, plus there's some specific information about the new rule towards the end of the long table.

If you need more info, let us know. You can post your question to the community, or contact our Support team directly (https://www.replicon.com/customerzone/contact-support/).

Thanks,
Paula
