Upcoming features

Ability to track progress toward target billable hours in timesheets

In the next week or two, you'll be able to assign users a Target Billable Hours component in their configurable timesheet templates. Users assigned this component will see a bar graph on their timesheets that shows their billable hours worked versus their assigned billable hours targets for the current month. You can also set it to show how their department, the company and, if applicable, their groups are performing, so they can compare their progress.

This feature will be available in the following products: TimeBill Plus, Professional Services Automation, TimeBill, and RepliconPSM.

Improvements to the user profile page when mass editing users

A few months ago, we made some changes to the main user profile page that were available when editing a single user. In the next couple of weeks, we’ll be making those same changes for the mass edit scenario:

  • The page will be broken into sections, each with its own Save button. Save buttons will only display once you’ve made a change.
  • The Supervisor field will be updated and the Department field will be searchable
  • Performance should be improved, particularly if you have many departments, supervisors, or custom field values

Fixed issues

  • If you remove the Supervisor permission set from a user, while that user can no longer act as a supervisor, they can still be assigned to users via the Supervisor field in user profiles
