In the past two weeks, we updated Replicon Mobile for iOS and Android, and launched support for TOTP.

TOTP authentication

We now offer time-based one-time (TOTP) authentication.

TOTP is a form of multi-factor authentication (MFA), used in addition to a standard password, that requires the user to enter a temporary code generated by a third-party app when logging in. Adding an MFA method can keep your accounts more secure.

Refer to Setting up your multi-factor (2-step) authentication method for information on how users can set up TOTP.

We also offer MFA by email authentication. Administrators can make use of an MFA method mandatory, if desired, and can specify how often users are required to authenticate using MFA. Refer to Setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA) for more details.

Update to Mobile for iOS and Android

Replicon Mobile for iOS is now available in the App store. It includes bug fixes and app stability improvements, such as fixes for these issues:

  • If a supervisor clicks on an expense sheet on the Approvals page, no expense entries display
  • Supervisors using iPhone X can’t click the Approve button when they scroll to the bottom of the pending approvals page for time off
Replicon Mobile for Android is now available in the Play store. It includes bug fixes, such as a fix to this issue:

  • If a supervisor tries to book time off on behalf one of their reports, the booking is created for the supervisor instead
In addition, the following feature will be enabled within the next few weeks in both versions of the app:

Revamped timesheets

We're refreshing the interface for all timesheets based on the Time Distribution Grid template. Plus, employees using this format will be able to record time for multiple days at once, and to search projects, clients, and tasks simultaneously.

Does "Revamped timesheets" apply to Android and iOS only or in the full desktop browser UI?
