This week we updated Replicon CloudClock for iOS and Replicon Mobile for Android, made it easier to select projects without tasks, added a new resource allocation report, and made some improvements.

Update to CloudClock for iOS

Replicon CloudClock for iOS is now available in the Apple app store. It includes support for Polish and Portuguese, along with some bug fixes.

Update to Mobile for Android

Replicon Mobile for Android is now available in the Play store. It includes the following improvement:

  • When you’re asked if you allow the app to perform certain actions, like access your camera, you can now give permission for each request individually
And some bug fixes, including the following:

  • If a user creates a timesheet entry that spans two days, the user will not be able to associate custom field values with the segment of the entry that begins at midnight

Easier selection of projects with no tasks

We’ve launched this task selector change for configurable timesheets that we previewed on July 6th. With this change, to save you time and frustration, when selecting a project with no tasks on a timesheet, you’re no longer required to click No Task to make the selection. This change is available in timesheet products in the new product suite

Resource Allocation report

We’ve added this new report template that allows you to easily view allocation data for both placeholders and resources from one location. It's especially useful if you want to compare actual and estimated hours for projects.

User-level time off validation rules

If you’re using new time off, you can now assign validation rules (such as balance overdraw limits) to time off policies, rather than just at the time off type level. This allows you to configure rules on a per user basis.

  • We’ve added four new columns to the Timesheet Correction report template: Activity Name, Activity Code, Task Name, and Task Code. These fields show the tasks and codes associated with the time entry shown.
  • In new time off, dates that display in validation messages are now shown in the user’s chosen date format
  • In the latest version of time off, you can now prorate at the end of policies, not just at the beginning
