This week, we released our report streaming feature, changed some names related to pay calculation, and fixed some issues. We also launched new versions of our products for new customers.

New products available for new customers

We've made new versions of our Replicon products available for new customers to purchase. These products are similar to our existing products, but they include some changed functionality in the areas of timesheets, time off, pay rules, validation rules, and notifications. We’ll make these new products and features available to existing customers once our transition plan is complete.

Going forward, we’ll be referencing improvements made to the new products in the release notes, alongside those made to the existing products.

Report streaming

To help prevent timeouts when long reports are loaded, report data now loads in 500 row increments.

As we mentioned in a previous posting, a side effect of this improvement is that the report URL hostname has changed, though the old report URLs will continue to work for an interim period. After that period, they’ll redirect to the new URLs.

Pay calculation renaming

On the Payroll > Timesheets page, the Succeeded status for pay calculations has been renamed Up to Date, to make its meaning clearer. Plus, the Pay Calculation Status column has been renamed Pay Calculations.

Fixed issues

  • If you attempt to edit a user’s email address in their user profile, an error may display when you click Save
  • If the Expense Receipts option is disabled on the Administration > Expenses > Expense Columns page, users may still be able to upload receipts to saved expense sheets from the My Replicon > Expenses list page if they enable the Receipts column
  • In a limited case, on the Billing Rates tab for a project, the Actual Billing column displays an incorrect value for a user

Regarding the New Products. You said, "We’ll make these new products and features available to existing customers once our transition plan is complete." What's the status of that transition plan? It's been over a year and my company is still on the Legacy Products.
