This week, we added a BambooHR integration, increased the character limit for text-type daily fields, and fixed some issues.

BambooHR to Replicon user integration

If you use BambooHR, you might want to check out our new integration that automatically adds any new users you create in BambooHR to Replicon. This can help ensure both systems always stay in sync. You can also enable the integration to automatically disable Replicon users when you change their status to Terminated in BambooHR

Refer to Transferring users from BambooHR for more information.

Improvements

  • We’ve increased the character limit for text-type Daily Fields in configurable timesheets from 100 to 250 characters

Fixed issues

  • In reports based on the Time Off Transaction Details template, supervisors may be able to see transactions for employees who no longer report to them
  • In reports based on the Time Off Transaction Details template, if the Date column is disabled, accrual data may not update to show accruals for the full filtered date range
  • For timesheets with Project/Task Start & End Dates validation enabled, if you enter time against a project or task beyond its end date, then navigate away and return to the timesheet, red cell borders that indicate the validation issue no longer display
  • The client Billing Rates tab (Clients > client name > Billing Rates) may fail to load if it has 200 or more billing rates
  • If you’re using an In/Out Times + Allocation timesheet, clients for a multiple client projects may not display unless you refresh the timesheet
    • If you create a new permission set with same name as an existing set, the application hangs when you click Add
