This week, we updated Replicon Mobile for iOS and Android, added a new time off conditional approval rule, and fixed a few issues.

New time off conditional approval rule: Second level supervisor approves

This new rule is just like the timesheet rule we launched last week, except this one's for time off approvals. With this rule in place for a user, their time off bookings will automatically be sent to their supervisor's supervisor for approval. Refer to Setting up conditional approval rules for more information.

Update to Mobile for iOS

Replicon Mobile for iOS is now available in the App store. It includes bug fixes.

Update to Mobile for Android

Replicon Mobile for Android is now available in the Play store. It includes bug fixes.

Fixed issues

  • Mass edit changes to users’ assigned initial pay rule (i.e. the assignment without an effective date) may not be saved
  • Approved expenses can be reopened using Replicon Mobile for Android, even if Reopen Expenses after Approval is disabled in the user’s expense template
  • Some newly upgraded customers can’t send the Timesheet is Due notification
  • When using the Alberta pay rule, holiday pay is calculated based on the user’s assigned work week (e.g. Mon to Sun), rather than the four weeks ending on the last day before the holiday
