rejected bookings

When a time off booking is rejected by the manager the time off hours are not put back into the employee's balance. It appears it continues to deduct those hours from the balance.

We have gotten around it by monitoring for rejected bookings and then deleting them for the employee to ensure their hours are credited back to their balance. This process is time consuming and confusing to ask employees to do it themselves.

Has there been any consideration in having hours credited back to balance for rejected bookings?

This should not be an issue with the latest version of our Replicon Time off. We will have our team reach out to you in order to check the version of the time off and proceed accordingly.

Hello, I do have this problem as well in my company. It is confusing my employees as we did not know this was happening in the background. Is there a way to have this implemented with us as well?
