Publisher Error while launching Replicon Import Addin (RIA)

You have successfully downloaded and installed the Replicon Import Addin (RIA). While launching the Replicon Import Addin (RIA) you receive the following error message:


Follow the below steps to resolve the issue:
  • Check the version of MS office installed on your computer, make sure it is Ms Office 2007 & above.
  • Run MS Excel as administrator
  • Click on File and select options
  • Click on Trust Center from left hand options given on option pop-up window.
  • Click on Trust Center Settings


  • Click on Add-in from left side option in new pop-up window of Trust Center Settings.
  • Uncheck "Require Application Add-ins to be signed by Trusted Publisher" and click "Ok"


  • Close MS Excel and run Replicon Import Addin (RIA) again
The error should not appear any more and you should be able to access Replicon Import Addin (RIA) successfully.
